The Rank Up Program was born from the Chief’s Creed — that sacred charge to lead, guide, and inspire. Too many Sailors step away from the uniform without a compass. Chiefs know one truth: No Sailor is ever left behind on our watch.
Rank Up exists because some shipmates face transition, doubt, or a negative discharge that closes doors. We don’t turn our backs on our own. Whether in khakis, coveralls, or business attire — we lead from the front. We set the tone, carry the standard, and light the way forward — uniform or not.
